We continue to operate in this business area, but we have further diversified our business.<\/p>

Since 2024, Alexx-Performance has been the exclusive distributor of HIDEA<\/strong> outboard motors for Egypt.\u00a0 The following year, we secured a well-known company for the service.
This engine manufacturer stands out due to numerous advantages over established companies.
This enabled HIDEA to capture a 30% market share from the market leader in Europe within the first three years.\u00a0<\/p>

HIDEA now operates a distribution center in Europe.\u00a0 Our goal is to open up a distribution center serving the whole of Africa and the Middle East in Egypt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

The Roots<\/span><\/span>

Where fibreglass\nfirst met the water<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first fibreglass boat was built in the USA in 1942 \u2014 and it took ten years for the material to achieve its breakthrough in boatbuilding.
Today, almost 90% of recreational boats are built from GRP.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The GRP era in German boatbuilding began in\u00a01963<\/b>\u00a0with the series production of the\u00a0F\u00e4hnrich<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Hanseat<\/b>\u00a0models. Pioneers like Willy Dehler started with smaller dinghies \u2014 the Pfeil \u2014 and later the well-known Varianta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My uncle\u00a0Horst Mohrin<\/b>\u00a0and my father\u00a0Otto Wahnschaffe<\/b>\u00a0began developing and building the first GRP motorboats in Germany in the early 1950s \u2014 long before the material was trusted, and long before the world caught up<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
